FAQ's

How do I hire? 

Get in touch with us via our website form, email, Instagram or Facebook. For booking requests please include details on the hire dates and the venue address in your message. We can then discuss specifics such as special requirements, backdrop situation and delivery/collection times. The booking will be confirmed once a non-refundable £50 deposit has been received via the link that will be provided.

 

What areas do you deliver to?

Delivery and setup is included in our hire fee for venues within a 15 mile radius of RH17 or Haywards Heath. Delivery outside of this area will be subject to availability and a small additional fee. Please contact us for further details.

Can I see a backdrop in person?

Yes of course! We hope to exhibit at wedding fairs throughout 2020, keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram for the latest. 

How long is the hire period?

The hire period is usually 3 days; delivery and set up the day before your event and collection the day after. Not all venues are the same so if your venue has particular stipulations on access times please let us know at the time of booking. Please enquire for longer hire periods.

Can a backdrop be placed outside?

Possibly. It depends on several factors, such as the backdrop, the venue and the weather. The macrame backdrop is splash resistant but cannot be left outdoors unattended for a full 3 day hire period. Outdoor placement is therefore highly dependant on venue access permissions. Our Bohemian Romance backdrop however is designed to be featured outside! The only exclusions are during times of strong winds or rain. To discuss the possibility of placing a backdrop outside please get in touch.

How do I pay?

Payment is made via Paypal (including debit/credit card options), you will be provided with the necessary information. A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your date. Later, at least four weeks before your booked date, the remaining hire fee, must be paid to guarantee your booking.

Can I collect, deliver or set up the backdrop myself?

Unfortunately not. Due to the unique and delicate nature of the backdrops they have non-standardised mechanisms for set up and, to avoid damage, are best left to us.

Can I cancel?

Yes! But the £50 holding fee is non refundable. If you need to cancel more than four weeks before your big day and have paid in full already then the hire fee minus the deposit will be refunded to you. If you need to cancel within four weeks of your wedding then unfortunately we cannot refund any of the hire fee since it is unlikely that we will be able to re-book those dates.

Can I buy a backdrop to keep?

Customisation is possible and bespoke orders are welcomed, just get in touch!
